With over 20 years experience in the food industry in restaurants, cafés, out-catering and bulk food manufacturing, as well as some export experience, we have collectively combined these skills to create a wide range of gourmet savouries and other goods available for bulk purchase in New Zealand.

Our passion for quality is reflected in the use of Dunedin's St Clair Beach in our name and image. This is where a prominent member of our company grew up. James Allan shares our collective passion for good quality cuisine and the beach, especially St Clair. His upbringing in the area resulted in an entrenchment of old fashioned values like the importance of quality, consistency, value for money and a low tolerance for shortcuts in the production process. This combined with an overall company desire to provide Auckland and the rest of New Zealand with a high standard of service and a good quality product has resulted in St Clair Gourmet as we know it today.
